I've been here for 2 years and the staff and community are exceptional. In times like these, it's nice to know that you are noticed and not just a tenant for rent. I LOVE living here.

I have nothing but raving reviews for this apartment complex. The management is absolutely outstanding and so personable, they make you feel truly at home. Any concerns brought up are handled immediately, the apartment are exceptionally clean, and living here is truly a luxury. They made the process of moving in seamless and even made special accommodations for me for my situation. I couldn’t recommend living here more.

I have lived here at Royal Oaks for almost a year and recently just renewed my lease, and I couldn’t be more happier with living here. If there is ever a problem their always prompt and on time.

I lived here for a little over a year when they were brand new, just built in 2022. The apartments are nice and modern. My apartment had granite counter tops, Moen faucets and huge, side by side front load Whirlpool washer and dryer. I lived on the bottom floor and the sound barrier is great. I never heard anyone's TV or music. The complex is small which is what I like, not having too many people in one area. The dumpsters stayed clean and clear and there's a nice tall fence around them to hide them from your view. Also the size of the complex allowed for quick responses for any maintenance requests. Management was always very nice and responsive and professional. If you're looking for a nice, clean, affordable, modern and safe place to stay, check them out! It's a nice community and I enjoyed my time there!

I enjoy living in this community! I feel safe, it is quiet, and I have good neighbors that look out for each other. Location is good as well to get to north or south Lakeland quickly, and not too far to hop on I-4. Property Management staff is wonderful too!

My husband and I lived here for a year and we loved it! Location, Staff and Apartments are all great! We have nothing but great things to say about Royal Oak :)

My wife and I lived here in our first place after getting married, which was wonderful! It was exactly what we needed. The management team is quick to respond and always willing to work with you. I have nothing but great things to say about my time living here. I highly recommend living here.

I genuinely LOVED living here! The office staff is incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful although living here was so easy that I never had to contact maintenance or the office for anything other than move in, move out and paying rent. The finishes are nicer than normal apartment and the location is convenient to everything and very safe/quiet. I'd highly recommend to everyone looking in the area and would have absolutely stayed if I was still living in the area.

I was one of the first, if not the first, resident in these brand new apartments. There were some new apartment things that happened when I first moved in but the company was VERY quick to resolve my issues. I never had anything that lasted more than 2 days. The issues were small and to be expected in a new build. Once they were addressed I had 0 issues going further. The kitchen was all top of the line appliances as well as laundry. Neighbors were really quiet or the walls were really sound proof, both good options. The hot water lasted a long time which was good because I enjoy long hot showers at the end of my day. Location is really nice, so close to lake mirror which makes for a good outdoor life and a beautiful night life. Great apartment with a great management team!
